Strategic Consultancy: SoDaDa

SoDaDa is an event led by artists with learning disabilities and produced by three Croydon-based arts organisations: SLiDE, Club Soda and Turf. For this consultancy, I produced an analysis and strategic recommendations on reaching targets for partnership building, fundraising, artistic direction, learning opportunities and professional development.
