I was invited to speak at the 2024 International Conference on Open Access to Culture in Tokyo, themed Culture and Home: New Futures Opened by Art.

On this occasion, I delivered a lecture titled From Add-on to Medium: The Role of Emerging Technology in the Future of Arts Infrastructure. Drawing from my curatorial practice and research, I explored how emerging technologies can fundamentally reshape contemporary arts infrastructure, enable new distributed organisations and foster more inclusive systems for interdisciplinary exchange—while supporting the reconfiguring of labour and value paradigms.
